As a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, I create classes that are inclusive, accessible, and culturally grounded, honoring yoga’s South Asian roots while keeping the practice relevant for modern, diverse communities.

My approach emphasizes alignment, breathwork, and intentional movement, meeting participants where they are—whether in corporate teams, classrooms, studios, or community spaces. Each session fosters clarity, resilience, and connection, supporting people in high-performance, high-stress, or community-centered environments with mindfulness and ease.
