As a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, I create classes that are inclusive, accessible, and culturally grounded, honoring yoga’s South Asian roots while keeping the practice relevant for modern, diverse communities.
My approach emphasizes alignment, breathwork, and intentional movement, meeting participants where they are—whether in corporate teams, classrooms, studios, or community spaces. Each session fosters clarity, resilience, and connection, supporting people in high-performance, high-stress, or community-centered environments with mindfulness and ease.
I offer private and group sessions for:

Reshma did an excellent job with the pacing - it was challenging but never felt rushed, giving us enough time to move mindfully through each pose while still maintaining that energizing flow. Everything built logically from one pose to the next, and the class had a nice arc that warmed us up properly and peaked at just the right intensity before cooling down.
