Movement workshop for organizations

In my workshops, I focus on team building, collaboration, resilience building and mental health. These workshops ultimately lead to fostering more creative thinking and finding creative ways to build solutions together within teams. We also work on decision making processes and leadership principles.

I have led these workshops at the United Nations, the London School of Economics and Political Science and at Miami’s homeless shelter for women and children-the Lotushouse.
